Awesome song ; great singer and band! ❤❤❤
She still sounds good, even with poor audio.
Was that a drop down tuning on that lead guitar , an effect, or another instrument doubled or over dubbed with it?

My dad had this playing in our garage which we made into a game room. He had this playing on a 4, (yes, four) track tape. Long time ago!

It's almost like time travelling to get in on the fun whenever and wherever. Next stop: CBGBs to see the Dead Boys.
❤❤❤❤❤
just found this song and it’s amazing.
Grate song !
Curling that note, Lefty was matching Hank Sr song for song in the early 50’s. I asked Mr Don Helms about Hank and Lefty touring together, he said we did twice. I said how did they did make it together, he said laughing they were a menace to society, two great stars that we will never see the like of again, unfortunately.
Sharing again! ❤❤❤
Thanks again!

It astounds me there are places in the world where you can see these amazing players performing to a half empty restaurant. If a band half this good showed up in my town it would be crawling with people.
This was a special performance arranged for a group of Country Music lovers in a very small coffee shop. It was packed.
Now I'm 'onna pick, quit outloudin' me!❤😂
Merle was beyond gorgeous
In the 1950s I live three houses away from Jimmy Martin on hilger Street in Detroit. He drove an old 1952 Hudson that had mud flaps with reflectors. I was just a kid never really talked to him but I would howdy him and he would howdy back. I was his paperboy and he always tipped well
I'm from Memphis TN the missippi delta country I grew up with this music all my life.
Amazing! This is country music with drive and flair.
